"Moscow - Belgrade: New Names, New Horizons"
The project "Moscow - Belgrade: New Names, New Horizons" is planned to be implemented by the "New Names" Foundation named after Ivette Voronova and the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Belgrade at the Russian House in Belgrade, using a grant from the President of the Russian Federation provided by the Presidential Grants Foundation.
The project aims to become a cultural bridge connecting the creative communities of Moscow and Belgrade to establish and strengthen cultural ties and promote a positive image of Russia in Serbia.
The project will include open master classes in "piano," "bayan and accordion," "vocal," and "fine arts," as well as 3 creative meetings, 2 concerts, a lecture, and an exhibition in Belgrade.
To participate in the project, a delegation from Moscow will be sent to Belgrade: Foundation experts; outstanding teachers from leading Moscow creative educational institutions who will conduct master classes, creative meetings and perform in concerts; and 4 of the Foundation's most outstanding scholarship recipients (1 for each of the represented specialties) to participate in master classes, concerts, and the exhibition. Young virtuosos will demonstrate a high level of skill and will be a clear example of the level of Russian performing and artistic schools. In the process of interaction, young Russians will be able to exchange experiences with gifted children in Serbia.
Project events will be open to the public. Students and teachers of music and art institutions, as well as residents and guests of Belgrade, compatriots, and citizens of Serbia will be able to attend. Students from the Faculty of Music Arts of the University of Belgrade will be involved as translators in the project, which will serve as practice and an opportunity to delve deeper into Russian culture. As a result of the Project, the most talented young musicians and artists from Serbia will be identified, who will learn about the opportunities and prospects for obtaining creative education and will be invited to participate in the projects of the "New Names" Foundation in Russia. Serbian colleagues will be given the Foundation's rich experience in working with gifted children and youth to maximize their talent.
